Ivory is a diligent and compassionate nurse practitioner, board-certified in psychiatric mental health and adult geriatric primary care, with nearly twenty years of clinical healthcare experience. Ivory brings a vast medical background to the table, offering high-quality patient care that specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and more. Ivory is dedicated to promoting holistic wellness through counseling, psychotherapy, and medication management. She believes that wellness should be individualized, patient-centered, and delivered with transparency, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care and ultimately achieve optimal mental health outcomes. In her free time, Ivory enjoys quality moments with family and exciting travel adventures. She possesses strong clinical skills, complemented by her natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. Adhering to evidence-based guidelines along with her clinical experience, Umeko diagnoses and treats adolescents and adults, utilizing psychotherapy, supportive counseling, and medication management.
